This website provides an online tool that generates prompts based on images you upload (the "Service").
The product will evolve over time. The current version focuses on free daily usage, and future versions may include login, subscriptions, or usage-based paid features.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must have legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms. Minors must use the Service with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
- The Service currently includes a daily free quota (as displayed on product pages).
- We may use device, browser, IP, and request signals for quota counting and abuse prevention.
- We may adjust quotas, feature scope, rate limits, and queue policies at any time.
- If login/subscription/paid features are introduced, pricing, billing, refund, and tax rules will be governed by the then-current product pages and supplemental terms.
"User Content" includes uploaded images, input text, parameter settings, and generated outputs.
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content.
- You grant us a license to store, process, transmit, and run inference on User Content as needed to provide the Service.
- Except as required to provide the Service, ensure security/compliance, or with your consent, we do not use User Content beyond what is necessary.
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload or generate infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, or exploitative content.
- Upload personal, confidential, or protected data that you are not authorized to process.
- Abuse automation, bypass quotas, disrupt system stability, or attempt reverse engineering/attacks.
- Use outputs as the sole basis for high-risk decisions (e.g., medical, legal, financial, law-enforcement contexts).
- Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to outputs generated for others.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
- We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third-party rights.
- All rights in the Service (including code, interface, branding, and documentation) belong to us or our licensors.
- To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in your lawful inputs and related outputs.
- Due to the nature of generative models, outputs may not be exclusive; uniqueness is not guaranteed.
We may update, limit, interrupt, or discontinue the Service for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
If we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a security/compliance risk, we may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect when posted. Material changes will be notified through the website or other reasonable channels.
